Shipping & returns

Delivery

We dispatch within 2 working days of confirming your order. Delivery then takes about 2 working days in Tbilisi and 4 elsewhere in Georgia.

Delivery costs ₾10, and is free on orders over ₾150.

We currently deliver inside Georgia only.

We call every order to confirm the address and the delivery window before it ships.

Payment

Card payment isn't live yet. Choose cash on delivery or bank transfer at checkout and we'll arrange it on the confirmation call.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. The item has to come back unworn and unwashed, with its tags on and in its original packaging.

Return postage is yours to cover unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Send it back within the same window and we'll swap it for another size, stock permitting. If the size you want is gone, we'll refund you instead.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund within 7 working days by the same method you paid. Delivery charges are refunded only when the item was faulty or wrongly sent.

Damaged or wrong items

If a parcel arrives damaged, or holds something you didn't order, message us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return and send the right item or a full refund — your choice.

Custom tees

Pieces printed to your own design are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Faults and printing errors are always on us.
