Terms & conditions

Who we are

This site is operated by StoneAge, based in Georgia. Using the site, making an account or placing an order means you accept these terms.

Your account

  • One account per person, with details that are actually yours.
  • Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
  • We may suspend an account that abuses the store, the giveaways or other members.

Prices and orders

  • All prices are in Georgian lari (₾) and include VAT where it applies.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when we call you and accept it.
  • If something is mispriced or has sold out between your order and our call, we'll tell you and you can confirm at the right price or cancel for free.
  • Stock shown on the site is our best information, not a guarantee that an item is reserved before you order.

Payment

Card payment is not live yet. Orders are settled by cash on delivery or bank transfer, arranged on the confirmation call. We never ask for card details by email or message.

Delivery, returns and refunds

These are set out in full on the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Custom tees and your artwork

  • You keep the rights to artwork you upload. You give us permission to print it on the item you ordered.
  • You confirm you have the right to use that artwork. We'll refuse anything that infringes someone else's rights or is illegal or hateful, and refund you in full.
  • Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on screen.
  • Made-to-order items can't be returned for a change of mind — see Shipping & returns.

Giveaways

  • Entry is free and limited to one per member per giveaway.
  • Levels and draw odds work the way the giveaway page describes.
  • Winners are drawn at random among eligible entries and contacted with the details on their account.
  • Prizes can't be exchanged for cash.

Content you post

Comments and replies stay yours, but you let us show them on the site. Keep it civil: we remove spam, abuse and anything illegal, and we may remove access for repeat offences.

Our content

The StoneAge name, logo, designs, photography and site content belong to us. Don't copy or resell them without written permission.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell and behind your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that we aren't liable for indirect losses, and nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
